Google review automation for contractors: a client Google Business Profile showing a 5.0 rating with 143 reviews

15 Reviews to 143 in Two Weeks

Many businesses have hundreds of happy customers and a few dozen reviews. The reason for this is that most business owners are too busy to ask for a review, or if they do, they ask once and never follow up.

Our system automatically asks every customer, follows up when they do not answer, and goes back through your old customer list too. That last part is where the first big jump usually comes from.

Reviews are the fastest lever in the map pack. This is the same client we show on our local SEO page, and the reviews are why they rank.

How the Automation Works

When you finish a job, the customer gets a text and an email with a link straight to your Google review form. If they do not respond, the follow-ups go out on their own 2-3 times.

When a review lands, we reply to it for you. On the Growth package the request arrives with a personalized image: a photo of your work truck, your crew, or whatever you choose, with the customer's name on it. People trust a request that looks like it came from the company that was just at their house, and more of them click through. New reviews also post to your social accounts.

Unlimited users, so anyone on your crew can send a request. Setup is a 1-on-1 call. The screenshot is the same profile from above, partway through.

FAQ

Review Automation FAQ

  • Yes. Google does not offer it, but a review system can send the request by text and email after each job, follow up automatically if the customer does not respond, and post a reply when the review lands. The customer still writes the review. The asking is what gets automated.

  • Clients average about four times the reviews they were getting before. One client went from 15 Google reviews to 143 and became the top ranked company in their category in the state.

  • No. The request goes out by text and email after the job. If the customer does not respond, the follow-ups are automatic. You do the work, the system does the asking.

  • Review reactivation goes back through your past customers and asks them too. For most contractors that is the fastest jump in the first month.

  • The Growth package includes a custom CRM integration and Zapier access, so a closed job in your CRM can trigger the request on its own.

  • Starter is $99 a month for up to 50 requests. Growth is $179 a month for 50 to 100 requests with image requests, social posting, and CRM integration. Bundled with a website it is $297 a month. All three are on the pricing page.
